Kayaking: Sea Kayak Rescue Course

If you plan to kayak in the ocean or lakes and do not know how to get back into a capsized kayak, Students will learn multiple techniques both solo and assisted to get back into a capsized boat. In addition students will learn how to tow a swimmer,rescue swim with a paddle, proper clothing for paddling in Alaska. Class is taught by an ACA certified instructor. 2 hrs of water instruction and 1 hr of classroom discussion on Prince William Sound. Contact Alaska Kayak Academy for reservations.
