Serrano's Mexican Grill

You would be hard-pressed to argue that Anchorage needs more Mexican restaurants. Most neighborhoods have a family-owned spot or are close to a local empire such as Don Jose's, Gallo's or Taco King. Add national chains such as Qdoba and Taco del Mar to the mix and you can't go more than a couple blocks without rolling into a burrito builder. (Full review)
