Mel Kalkowski served in the U.S. Army from 1967-1970 and has worked at UAA for 30+ years.He currently is Director of Military Programs & teaches in Technical Education. His previous positions at UAA include Prof JPC, Director of University Relations & Public Affairs.Everyone at UAA has benefited from Mel Kalkowski’s contributions to Alaska.
