DIY: Alaskan Herbal Cold and Flu Medicine

 
Join herbalist, Brenda Beck, at the Bioshelter for a workshop specifically designed for hands on practice with making your own cold and flu medicines. We will be taking Alaskan herbs, cutting them up and transferring all of their medicinal and nutritional qualities to alcohol, so that each person can take home a very concentrated herbal cold/flu extract.   You’ll have enough knowledge after this workshop to start your own cold/flu medicine cabinet .
