Tis the season for baking. If you need some advice, one of the best pastry chefs in Alaska will be in the SBS Design Center this Saturday, Dec 15th. Chef Antoine Amouret worked at 2 of the best pastry shops in Paris before taking over Paris Bakery & Cafe in 2009. Come watch Chef Antoine work, ask questions, taste his dishes, take home the recipe and possibly win a gift certificate to his cafe. The fun begins at 10 am, under the green awning, across the street from SBS Anchorage store. Free!
