Trained at the Culinary Institute of America in NY, Chef Dennis Wingler has shared his talents for cooking from Chicago to Germany, in Tampa, at the Riverwalk in San Antonio and in Virginia and Alabama. He's now the Executive Chef at Sullivan's Steakhouse in Anchorage and he'll be serving up Seared Rockfish with Cannellini Beans at our next chef demo.
