Alaska Botanical Garden Winter Workshop: Winter Seed Sowing
What can you do with those left-over seed packets, or seeds you collected this Fall? Follow Nature’s method for starting perennials outdoors. Benefits are: No additional lighting required, no indoor space required, control over where plants will grow and no hardening-off needed. Bring your seeds, empty flats (with holes) and opaque one-gallon milk jugs. Soil and additional seeds provided.
