Chef Vern: Chocolates for Valentine’s Day

UAA Culinary Arts& Hospitality’s Chef Vern Wolfram demonstrates the special art of working with chocolate. Assisting him will be students from his culinary class. Special Valentine’s Day treats are the theme for this tasty event.
