Victoria Kononova is a PH.D candidate in Slavic Languages at University of Wisconsin. Her dissertation is entitled “Nationalism, Ethnography, and the Appropriation of the Folk in Late Nineteenth Century Russian Literature and Culture”. This event is sponsored with the UAA Languages Department.
