Climbing 201 - Intermediate Indoor Climbing Class

Learn advanced climbing techniques and improve strength and conditioning in this indoor climbing class for advanced beginner and intermediate climbers. This weekly class allows participants to work on footwork, movement technique and strength conditioning for climbing in a fun and challenging environment. Participants must have a current belay certification from the Alaska Rock Gym and be comfortable climbing 5.9+ and above. Class fee only $5.00/class plus regular entry into the gym.
