Dish Sushi Bar & Japanese Restaurant

I've been many times and have ordered different lunch items. However, the service can be deadly slow. It sometimes takes 20 minutes before they take your order. Overall, it's good food, a great atmosphere, just make sure you have spare time.

I have been to Dish now several times, trying something new each time! I have to say the food is amazing, offering huge variety. The Korean Beef is my favorite thus far, but the Sushi rolls infusing Pacific Islander Titles and the Saki Martini's are a close second! The servers made sure my water glass was full and apps were out fast. Dish is great!

I not sure but I think the sushi bar staff were drunk. The main chef (if you could call what he was serving food) picked his nose as he enter from back area, at first I thought is was some kind of joke because other chef kinda smile at me, then I realized that it was cause for me to worry as he proceeded to remove and mix rice with unclean hands. I paid for our drinks and we left. Will never go back, just awful!!

The fish wasn't very fresh, the rice was either not cooked all the way or had been sitting out all day and the service was slow (however, very friendly). I guess you get what you pay for here.
