Superstar Pastry Design

It was my birthday, and my father had told me to choose a cake of my choice because he wanted to treat our family to some good cake. Well I was craving red velvet, and reserved a cake there. On my birthday, we cut it up and tried to eat it. The cake wasn't very sweet (you could tell there was sugar etc in it), was dried out (like it was left out for 5 days) and the frosting wasn't sweet and had texture of dried out lard...with sugar. There was no flavor to it..... All 7 people at my birthday could not eat this "$35" cake. SO the next day I went in to tell them about it, to see if I could at least get half of my father's money back or get it exchanged...The baker went back and tasted it, said "Its supposed to taste like that..." and tried to give it back to me. She didn't offer a refund or anything. She just tried to give it back. I said "We won't be eating it. Just keep it." And I walked out. Rude RUDE service. Won't be going there again.
