Caregivers Connection meets at the Palmer Senior Citizens Center the last Monday of each month from 1pm-2pm located at 1132 S. Chugach St. Palmer. Caregivers Connection is for anyone providing support / care for a family member/neighbor/friend, and not getting paid for it are invited. Please feel free to bring the person you care for.
