Spider's Web

Clarissa is entertaining her guardian, Sir Rowland Delehaye, friend Hugo Birch, and a young man, Jeremy Warrender. When her husband ex-wife’s new husband, Oliver, threatens to take away Henry’s daughter, Pippa, Clarissa’s evening begins to fall apart. The discovery of a body makes things even more complicated. Clarissa’s overactive imagination begins to cook up a complicated alibi to protect Pippa(who she suspects is the murderer.) The answer is revealed as Clarissa’s “web” of lies is unraveled.
